Shipping

When will I get my order?

Each hat is made especially for you, which can extend delivery times but helps reduce overproduction. Thank you for choosing sustainability!

Right now, we only offer standard shipping—no fancy express options just yet.

Typically, it takes about 3–7 days to fulfill your order, and then it’s off to you! Shipping time depends on where you live, but here’s a rough estimate:

USA: 3–4 business days.

Sit tight—your hat is on its way to join your adventures!

For now, our hats only travel within the USA. Stay tuned, world!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@bedheadhatco.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@bedheadhatco.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We're really sorry if your order arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us at hello@bedheadhatco.com within a week. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have. We'll get back to you with a resolution ASAP!

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@bedheadhatco.com.
